so today is the first day of my spring break, which is good considering i really need a break from all this crazy college shit. but what is really important is that in less than 6 weeks, i'll have an AA degree and be off to a better college (UNF) and have professors that actually know what the hell they're doing.
but before i get a degree, i've got a few cool things coming. i'll venture back to Disney World in early April for a few days with my old friend CJ who i haven't seen in 2 years. the Sunday after i get back i'll be attending the Chicago gig here in town. normally a guy like me wouldn't listen let alone go to a Chicago show, but i had to play their songs in Jazz Band way back in high school, so i've grown to like them. the 24th is gonna be really rad since the Beach Boys (minus Brian Wilson sadly) will be at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. hopefully they'll play all the hits.
i've been playing a lot of Resident Evil 5, and so far it's really intense but not scary whatsoever. i've also have gained a hatred for anyone wielding a chainsaw.
the NINJA (Nine Inch Nails/Jane's Addiction) tickets go on presale Monday. i don't care how much they are, i'm getting the best seats.
now i'm going to go enjoy my time off by relaxing while listening to some Shins tracks.
