Green Day: Rock Band is Coming

Continuing with the Green Day theme, a new Rock Band game was just announced tonight via the Spike VGAs. Following in the footsteps of The Beatles: Rock Band, MTV Games and Harmonix have chosen another band to base a new version of their popular rhythm game, and, you guessed it, it's Green Day.

This is obvious, but I'm more than excited. If they can pull off what they did with Beatles:Rock Band with this, than it'll be great.

It comes out next year.
