hurricane watch: day 4

the roads are flooded, but they're slowly receding.

it's still kinda raining and it's still kinda windy, but it was a lot worse this morning.

for such a relatively weak storm, it's killed 7 people, flooded multiple streets, cut power to over 100,000 people, and uprooted hundreds of trees.

but at least the worst is over.
