My Pet Project

Ever since I heard about Nine Inch Nails giving away multi-tracks of their songs for fans to remix, I was enticed to try some remixing of my own. Only now have I actually gotten around to mess with some of the songs. Since June of this year I have been messing around with GarageBand making my own songs and remixing some NIN tracks. After months of refinement, I have finally finished an EP's worth of NIN Remixes. The result is this:

(In case you don't know, The Mayhem Project is the name I've given myself, that represents me as a "musical" entity)

Most of these songs come from the album "Year Zero", while two of them are from "With Teeth". Some of them aren't changed that much from the original track, some are drastically different. I figured that the original songs are basically the best versions, and I was just going to add or subtract or rearrange some things and make them the way I felt they should be, just to give them my touch.

Just like everything else I do, I have decided to keep messing around with this. It's not done yet and it's definitely not at it's best potential yet.
